たびたびすみません、iOS 14のVoiceOver認識ですが、こちらのページに、iPhone XX、XR及びそれ以降のモデルでしか対応しないと書いてあります。

"Please note that this feature is only supported on iPhone XS/XR models and later."

ボイスオーバー認識も配面タップも、iPhone SE2には表示され、設定できましたが、iPhone SEでは出てきません。
ボイスオーバー認識についてはまだわかりませんが、配面タッフは便利そうです。
