去年、友人が似たような6点入力アプリのプロトタイプを作って見せてくれました。
iOSのAPIでは通常の方法では5本以上のタッチが判定できないので苦労していました。
このアプリも何らかの方法で、6点同時タッチを判定しているのではないかと思われます。
